At FAB Roots Hair Extensions, our top priority is providing quality products and a FAB shopping experience. Due to the safety of all our customers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once your order is placed, the shipping process begins. Due to this, we can not modify submitted orders.
If there is an issue with your order or you need to exchange an item, please contact us within seven days of receipt of your items at support@magsfab.com. The product must be in the original packaging it was received in. The hair must be unused, uncut, colored, and available to be resold for store credit to be applied. We offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit for products we agree to and deem defective. We appreciate your business and want to hear your concerns. Email us to start the claim process!

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within [24-48] hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

HAIR CARE + INSTALLATION TIPS
Pre-Installation
Expect our signature lightly fragranced scent. We recommend shampooing the hair with a hydrating shampoo before installation. This will ensure a clean slate for styling perfection. You can follow up with a light conditioner, but nothing too heavy, as excessive conditioner will weigh the hair down.
Install
We advise against piercing the wefts as this can cause excessive shedding. Additionally, you may seal your wefts using a high-quality weft sealant. Only cut your wefts when necessary.
Daily Care
Daily Brushing or combing through to style is encouraged. Always brush or comb hair from ends to roots. Apply an alcohol-free, light glossing polish or hair serum for shine and frizz control. Excessive products may lead to stiff hair, which may cause matting and tangling. Less is more! Use light oils and styling products. Creamy styling aids are not recommended for this texture. It can cause matting and tangling. We recommend minimal biweekly shampooing to prevent product buildup.
Before bed,
Pin curl hair, wrap, or puts hair into a high ponytail or rolls it into a bun to enhance the wave pattern. Apply a satin scarf or bonnet to reduce frizz and fly-aways, or sleep on a satin pillowcase. For bouncy waves, style with flexi-rods. After waking up, remove overnight protection and comb through or brush hair and style as desired.
